CREATOR TERMS

01THE SHORT VERSION

Your work is yours. PLAYRS CLUB hosts and promotes it. You can remove any or all of it at any time.

02JOINING

The creator program is invite-only. You need a valid invite code to apply, and every application is reviewed. We may approve, deny, or approve at a different tier than requested. Creators must be at least 18.

03TIERS

• Artifact Creator: releases artifacts to promote their world(s).
• Universe Creator: runs their own universe and worlds.

04OWNERSHIP

You keep all ownership, copyright and other rights in everything you publish. We don't claim ownership of your work.

05THE LICENSE YOU GIVE US

So we can host and promote your work, you give PLAYRS CLUB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display and promote it on and in connection with the Services (including the hub and PLAYRS CLUB promotion). This license lasts only while your work is on the Services, plus any removal hold you choose, and ends when your work is deleted. Routine server backups that may contain it are overwritten on their normal cycle.

06REMOVING YOUR WORK

You choose how removal works:

• Remove (30-day hold): your work is hidden everywhere immediately and permanently deleted after 30 days. You can restore it until then.
• Delete now: your work is permanently deleted immediately, with no hold and no restore.

You can do either from your studio at any time, for a single post or for everything. If you've verified a domain, you can also do it without a PLAYRS CLUB account by adding a DNS TXT record on _playrs.yourdomain.com, playrs-remove=all for the 30-day hold or playrs-remove=now for immediate deletion, and submitting your domain at playrsclub.co/creators/remove. We can't override a removal you start; only you can restore your work.

07YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

By publishing, you confirm that you own or have permission for everything you post, and that it doesn't:

• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
• include sexual content involving minors, or any illegal content;
• harass, threaten, or promote violence or hatred against anyone;
• contain malware, spam or deceptive material.

08MODERATION

We may hide posts or suspend creator access that breaks these terms or the law, or in response to valid legal notices (see Copyright & DMCA). Hiding or suspending is different from your removal: your work isn't deleted unless you or the law require it.

09FEES AND REVENUE

• No fees during the invite-only period.
• Later, we plan a monthly fee per world you create, with an optional artifact subscription. We'll give you advance notice of any fees before they apply, and you can remove your work instead of paying.
• Artifact sales: when creator sales open, you keep 85% and PLAYRS CLUB keeps 15%, after payment-processing fees. Payout details will be provided before sales open.

10CHANGES

We'll notify creators of material changes to these terms before they take effect.
