DIGITAL LICENSE

01SCOPE

This license covers digital products bought on the Services: memory fragments, digital artwork and engine kits. Buying one gives you a license to use it, not ownership of the underlying work, which stays with PLAYRS CLUB or the creator who made it.

02MEMORY FRAGMENTS AND ARTWORK

• Personal, non-commercial use: listen, view, and download copies for your own devices.
• No redistribution, resale, sharing, public posting of the full file, or use in other products.
• No use to train AI models without written permission.

03ENGINE KITS

For engine kits such as the BLACK AND WHITE ENGINE:

• Personal and commercial use is allowed for your own final rendered works made with the kit.
• Resale, redistribution, sharing or repackaging of the kit itself, or its prompts, guides and templates, is not allowed.
• The license doesn't grant ownership of PLAYRS CLUB or engine intellectual property, or permission to use PLAYRS CLUB branding or anyone's name as an endorsement.
• A kit's included license file adds detail and controls if it conflicts with this summary.

04ACCOUNT-BASED ACCESS

Digital purchases are tied to your account and available in your Purchases page. Keep downloaded copies safe; access depends on your account remaining in good standing.

05ENDING THE LICENSE

This license ends automatically if you break it. When it ends, you must stop using and delete the product. Final works you created lawfully under an engine kit license before it ended may remain yours.
